Fatigue Management Programme
Fatigue can impact self-care capacity and the ability to engage meaningfully in different activities of daily living and can also diminish the person’s sense of self-efficacy.
A general lack of understanding of this invisible symptom can lead to misinterpretation by friends, family, colleagues and the person themselves, all of which add markedly to fatigue- related stress.
This programme, on a one-to-one basis, covers an initial assessment of your history and pattern of fatigue, lifestyle factors which might impact on your level of fatigue and other symptoms that you may be suffering from.
In the following sessions the management programme will focus on organising your routine with the proper balance between activity and pacing and it will include:
• Managing daily activity/pacing
• Sleep management/routine
• Rest and relaxation
• Stress management
• Memory and concentration strategies
• Energy Conservation
• Yoga and Meditation

Duration: 4 to 6 sessions (depending on the individual case).
