Kundalini Yoga combines asanas (yoga postures), breathing techniques, mudras (the positions of the
hands and fingers), mantra chanting and meditation.
When combined in sequence these actions balance and heal the nervous system, glands and organs,
and clear the subconscious mind of unhealthy thoughts, habits and patterns. The healing process
unfolds exactly as it should for each student.
Yoga is not about physical flexibility, strength or fitness. Yoga is union within oneself between body,
mind and spirit.

As an OT she feels passionate about sharing it with her clients and has been teaching seniors in nursing homes, people with physical limitations who complete the class in a wheelchair, and people with full or partial sight-loss.
