ThetaHealing® is a meditation technique that accesses the subconscious mind through the theta brainwave. Theta brain waves can be considered the subconscious; they govern the part of our mind that lies between the conscious and the unconscious, retain memories and feelings, and direct your beliefs and your behaviour.
Once you access your subconscious mind you can identify the root causes of issues and clear them to enable healing and progress in many areas of your life.
The Theta brainwave is a very deep state of relaxation. Our brain has five frequencies:
Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma. These brainwaves are in constant motion, everything we do and say is regulated by them. However, one frequency tends to be dominant, depending on the situation. In the phase of deep meditation, sleep, or hypnosis, the dominant wave is the Theta. It is in this deep meditation space where you can come to
understand and resolve any limiting situation that you are experiencing or have experienced in the past.

Where does Theta Healing Come from?
The ThetaHealing® technique is a world renowned healing method created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health. Since then, based in Montana, USA, she has helped many people with many different issues and also travels the word teaching the technique.
What happens during a ThetaHealing® session?
One-to-one sessions take place on-line in a controlled and safe environment. Lorena will guide you through the meditation in a relaxed and simple way. You don’t need any previous experience in meditation.

Prepare for the session
Before your session please ensure that you are well-hydrated to make muscle-testing fully effective. I also recommend setting an intention for what you wish to resolve during the session.

48-hours notice is required to cancel or change your on-line appointment otherwise the full single session fee will be charged.
