The energy generated and shared when two or more people meditate together can help us align and make a deeper connection with our center. Even if you have never meditated before, coming together with a group to practice invites you to experience a high-frequency environment.
We will cover the basics so you can feel confident to start a daily meditation practice at home. And we will have a support group (optional) during the 40 days to connect and
support each other.
