If at any time during the class you experience any pain or strain, please gently come out of your posture. Slowly come to easy pose and continue to breathe smoothly. Listen to your body and respect its limits at all times. You can rest at any time during class. Ask for support from your teacher if you need to.
I understand that in yoga class I will progress at my own pace and I will respect my body’s limitations and I will rest before continuing yoga practice. I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substances. I recognize that it is my responsibility to inform my teacher if I am pregnant or post-natal. It is
also my responsibility to inform my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class or being on the premises.
Online & virtual classes
When practicing from home, I accept full responsibility for my space and the health and safety precautions within this space.
Whilst practicing online the student is responsible for choosing and taking suitable modifications within their practice and if a student chooses to divert from the general instructions of the class, then they are doing so at their own discretion.
Whilst practicing online the student understands that with their camera on, they are visible to the teacher and other attendees who are in the online space.
